Pocket Horse Sales LTD, trading as Pocket Horse, is a UK digital equestrian marketplace that offers an equestrian buying and selling and advertising process. To provide you with the full range of Pocket Horse services, we need to collect and process certain information about you.

Advert Creation

To create an advert we require some personal details including your name, email address, contact number, location as well as the details of your listing, whether this is a horse, equine equipment or service.

We use your name and email address to communicate with you regarding your advert. If your advert expires we will contact you via email to give you the option to renew your advert. Your contact details will be shared on the Pocket Horse website in order for individuals to contact you during the advert sale process. We use your location to help other users locate adverts near to them.

We may also use the information you provide for internal business records and purposes, including to analyse and develop our products and services and the Website. We will not loan, rent or sell to any third parties any personal details that have been passed on to us without explicit prior permission.

We use certain features in our advert placement process to protect the privacy of our customers when they are communicating with potential buyers via phone or email.
