1) Choose the advert type that suits your needs. If you're unsure, refer to our advert types.
2) Fill in all the required details for your advert and add some photos.
3) Proceed to the payment section to complete the process.
4) After payment, your advert will be sent to our team for approval. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for the approval process. Once approved, your advert will be visible on the pocket-horse.com site.

Our adverts take up to 48 hours to be approved by our team. If there is an issue with your advert, you will be contacted directly using the details that you have given.

If your advert is no longer required, i.e. the horse/item has now sold. Then please contact us directly so that we can remove it for you. We do not issue refunds for adverts which are no longer required.

The contact details provided within your advert will be shared with the public and available to those who wish to contact you. This is the name that you provided, phone number and email address.

Each advert type is shared for a different time period. Read about each advert type and the timeframes here.

1. Check your email inbox for a renewal notification from us one week before the expiry date of your advert. 2. If you cannot find the email in your inbox, check the junk folder and mark the email as "not junk" to ensure you receive future notifications. 3. Open the email and click on the "Renew Advert" button or link. 4. Follow the prompts to renew the advert, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate. 5. Review the payment details and submit payment for the renewal if necessary. 6. Once the renewal is complete, confirmation of the updated advert will be sent to the email address on file. 7. If you did not receive a renewal notification email, please contact support with your advert details to ensure that your advert is renewed in a timely manner.

Advert covers are automatically cropped at a 5:4 ratio. To prevent important parts of your image from being cropped, it's important to give the subject ample space around it. Take your images on a clear background to help the subject stand out. Additionally, try to showcase multiple aspects of the subject to give potential buyers as much information as possible.
