Brando’s pedigree consolidates many great performance pony lines. He is a direct stallion son of Hilkens Black Delight & his dam line is full of many legendary names.
Brando’s pedigree, type & temperament makes him an extremely versatile stallion, an excellent cross with sports ponies, natives, British Riding Ponies and even horse mares, to reduce height whilst still maintaining quality.
Brando has consistently produced correct, athletic foals with his excellent temperament. Romanno Epic Time, his first foal presented for youngstock evaluation, was awarded a coveted SPSS GOLD Premium in 2021.
Delaroche Stud was extremely fortunate to acquire Brando in late 2021 & look forward to an exciting 2025 - he will be available for walk-in/frozen
